Our Global Graduate Development Programme (GGDP) offers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to develop professionally. This two-year curriculum offers young graduates organised growth through a combination of formal education (through a relationship with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy) and on-the-job training.

About MTN Foundation

The MTN Foundation scholarship programme aims to draw top-notch full-time students from Nigeria’s public tertiary institutions, which include colleges of education, polytechnics, and universities. The award strives to identify and promote academic distinction while offering financial support to individuals who might not otherwise be able to afford their postsecondary education.

Aim and Benefits of MTN Global Graduate Development Program

Graduates of the two-year programme will be eligible for FULL EMPLOYMENT with MTN, depending on their performance during that time.

Requirements for MTN Global Graduate Development Program Qualification

Minimum of a second-class upper degree (2:1) or HND upper credit from an institution in any of the following field(s) of study:

  • Actuarial Science
  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Mathematical Sciences
  • Statistics
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Economics
  • Business Administration
  • Social Sciences
  • Marketing
  • Digital Marketing

Requirements

  • Age limit: 26 years
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have a valid international passport
